A new BuildTrigger which is fired if Hudson (itself) started. With that you
could configure "initializing jobs" which are executed directly after the start
of Hudson.

I put together a plugin for this last night that I'll attach whenever I get home tonight.

I am curious though, what would be some practical uses for this sort of trigger?

I've attached the source and hpi file. I have no idea what the process would be to have this plugin released here.
