The icons in the task list should be of the same size as the icons in the job
list. Ie, make them a little smaller.

The clock icon is 32x32 in the batch list, but the clock icon in the main job
list is 24x24.

The main issue is that icon size in the main page is selectable, whereas that in
the batch task is not.

Fixed in 1.3. Icon size is now modifiable just like that in the main project list.

Pending a CSS change in Hudson 1.157 to get rid of excessive bottom margin to
the "build" icon.
